Returns policy:

Upon receipt of payment sales are considered final and no returns are accepted, subject to Australian commercial consumer law.

In particular ‘change of mind’ returns will not be entertained.


Delivery of goods to customer:

UniPage uses a number of courier services including Australia Post for the carriage of goods to the customer. The performance of these couriers varies and due to the nature of this UniPage accepts no responsibility for the lack or over performance of these providers.

UniPage will provide a tracking number and ship date to the end customer for tracking their goods.

An extract from one of our providers which UniPage adopts is:

The Carrier shall not be liable for any failure or delay in delivering the goods where such failure or delay is wholly or partly due to any cause or circumstance whatsoever outside the reasonable control of the Carrier including but not limited to war, strikes, lockouts, industrial disputes or arrest, government restrictions or intervention, transport delays, fire, act of God, breakdown of any mechanical equipment including any vehicles, shortage of supplies or labour, storm or tempest, theft, vandalism, riots, civil commotions or accidents of any kind.

The responsibility of cartage, including delivery time, of goods ends when the goods are collected from UniPages premises, should the customer not accept these terms then they may nominate their own courier and arrange for collection of their goods from UniPages premises in Chatswood NSW.

Commercial Warranty (Standard)

UniPage products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of shipment. Parts, including crystals will be replaced free of charge for the full warranty period, but the labour to replace defective parts will only be provided for One Hundred-Twenty (120) days from the date of shipment. Thereafter, purchaser must pay for the labour involved in repairing the product or replacing the parts at the prevailing rates. The purchaser must pay for any transportation charges to and from the place where warranty service is provided. This express warranty is extended by UniPage , PO Box 139, Chatswood, NSW, Australia, 2067, to the original purchaser only, and only to those purchasing for purpose of leasing or solely for commercial, industrial, or governmental use.

THIS WARRANTY IS GIVEN IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHICH ARE SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL UniPage BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES TO THE FULL EXTENT SUCH MAY BE DISCLAIMED BY LAW.

In event of a defect, malfunction or failure to conform to specifications established by seller, or if appropriate, to specifications accepted by seller in writing, during the period shown, UniPage , at its option, will either repair or replace the product or refund the purchase price thereof, and such action on the part of UniPage shall be given the full extent of UniPage s liability hereunder.

This warranty is void if:

a. the product is used in other than its normal and customary manner; b. the product has been subject to misuse, accident, neglect or damage; c. unauthorised alterations or repairs have been made, or unapproved parts used in the equipment.

This warranty extends only to individual products:- keypads. liquid crystal displays (LCD), power packs and batteries are excluded. Because each system is unique, UniPage disclaims liability for range, coverage, or operation of the system as a whole under this warranty except by a separate written agreement signed by an officer of UniPage .

Performance limitations due to integration of UniPage products with 3rd party equipment exist and liability is disclaimed for all and any of these integrations. Typically 3rd party routers and WiFi system.

LICENSED PROGRAMS- UniPage software provided in connection with this order is warranted free from reproducible defects for a period of ONE (1) YEAR. All material and labour to repair any such defects will be provided free of charge for the full warranty period, and SUBJECT TO THE DISCLAIMER IN BOLDFACE TYPE.

Non-UniPage manufactured products are excluded from this warranty, but subject to the warranty provided by their manufacturers, a copy of which will be supplied to you on specific written request.

In order to obtain performance of this warranty, purchaser must contact its UniPage sales person or UniPage at the address first above shown, attention Quality Assurance Department.

This warranty applies only within Australia.

Computer Software Copyrights

The UniPage products described in this manual may include copyrighted UniPage computer programs stored in semi-conductor memories or other mediums. Laws governing preserve for UniPage certain exclusive rights for copyrighted computer programs, including the exclusive right to copy or reproduce in any form the copyrighted computer program. Accordingly any copyrighted UniPage computer program contained in the UniPage products described in this instruction manual may not be copied or reproduced in any manner without the express written permission of UniPage . Furthermore the purchase of UniPage products shall not be deemed to grant either directly or by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license under the copyrights, patents or patent applications of UniPage, except for the normal non-exclusive, royalty free licence to use that arises by operation of law in the sale of a product.
